Awards Application
Here are some award sets that X-Tenshi currently has available. To
apply please read the rules and fill in the form below. For your convenience I have placed
these all in one page so you don't have to click several links.
Decision of awards will be decided not just by me but a panel that I have selected which
includes my two sisters. This is done to avoid any bias decisions that I may have.
Rules:
1. Apply for the award only if you are the owner of the site or part of the staff
2. No deadsites
3. No stolen graphics or content
4. No site can apply for more than one award from the group set
5. You may 'upgrade' your award from the medal or season set
6. To prove to me you have read this at the start of the comments write: lalala
7. You can only apply for one award at any one time, then after a month you may apply for another
8. As usual no porn sites or hate sites
9. Awards will not be given to livejournals or xanga etc
10. After receiving the award link back to X-Tenshi
11. No gift layouts will be awarded (now change lalala to woffle)

then I will pick another award in the same set for you unless you state otherwise. If you would like
me to pick an award for your site from a particular set then select from the drop down menu, the set you
would like the award to be from instead of a specific award.
